Can I pay by credit card only?
No, while you can pay on oh yes! using your Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card, oh yes! also caters for payments via PayPal.
How is my credit card data secured?
Oh Yes! makes use of PayFast a PCI-DSS compliant vendor to securely process your transaction.

What is 3D Secure?
3D secure is a new method of security mandated by the Card Associations to enhance security of online transactions in South Africa. Mastercard’s product is called “SecureCode” and Visa’s product is called “Verified by Visa”.

How do I use my coupon/ voucher code?
Voucher/ Coupon codes can be entered as part of the checkout process. Enter your voucher number into the “Voucher Code” field and click the “Redeem” button.
oh yes! will deliver within 2 – 6 working days depending on where you live. We deliver either door to door or door to counter depending on your preference. You can track your parcel online by logging into PostNet.co.za and using the tracking number sent to you via e-mail. Remember – oh yes! only delivers to street addresses or post office counters (no post office boxes) and we only deliver during business hours (no weekends or public holidays) so please select your delivery address accordingly. Deliveries to Namibia and other regional countries take place within 10 working days.
I accidentally put something in my basket and paid for it, although I don't actually want it. What can I do?
If you've already gone through checkout, you'll have to send an email to email@example.com and we'll happily arrange to reverse payment.
I've returned something. How long will it take for my account to be credited?
After we've received the return and processed it, it takes up to 10 working days for you to receive payment.
I've been sent the wrong item. What now?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll gladly exchange your item for the correct one.
Must I pay the return courier?
No! – Oh Yes! will pick up the costs of your return for you. In the case of a return being sent via the post office – please send your slip showing your postage costs, together with your invoice number, to our customer support agents on email@example.com and they will ensure your postage is reimbursed when we process your refund or credit. You can scan and email your slip or – take a picture of it with your mobile and email that. Whatever is easiest for you.
